Private jet catering at APFNaples Municipal.
We plan around the 75,000-lb weight limit, the night curfew, and the customs window at one of the country's highest-net-worth seasonal fields.

Naples Airport Authority
NAA · APFA genuinely high-net-worth seasonal field — packed ramps over the winter holidays — but with real constraints: a hard weight limit, a noise curfew, and premium fees. On-field US Customs (10:30am–7pm daily).
Single airport-operated FBO — call dispatch and we coordinate the line crew directly.
What we plan around at APF.
Local constraints we build into every delivery window — curfew, customs, slots, transit, and ramp access.
75,000-lb weight limit — hard.
Aircraft over 75,000 lb max gross weight are prohibited (runway-limited). That excludes many large-cabin and ultra-long-range tails (a G650-class jet is over the limit), so principals frequently arrive on a smaller aircraft. We size galley packing to the actual APF tail.
~5,000 ft landing / ~5,800 ft takeoff.
Runway 5/23 is short; another reason heavy/long tails go elsewhere.
Noise curfew + fueling restriction.
Voluntary restraint from flying 10pm–7am; no full-service fueling 9:30pm–6:30am (self-serve only); Stage 1/2 jets banned; engine run-ups prohibited overnight; pilots are subject to fines. We schedule inside the quiet hours and pre-stage early departures.
Premium fees.
Naples is expensive (large-cabin ramp fees can run around $1,000/night) — a client cost note, not a catering one, but it shapes whether a tail stays or repositions.
Customs on field (10:30am–7pm).
International clears here within those hours; outside them, elsewhere first. We stage to the clearance leg.
Winter-season crush.
Holidays through April pack the ramp; drop-and-go common. Confirm the loading leg.
Around APF.
Naples flights draw on Gulf Coast sourcing at its finest — stone crab is local currency here, and the menu leans into what Southwest Florida does well. Most APF orders are built around a specific 5th Avenue restaurant request or a recurring private-chef spec, sized to the actual aircraft on the ramp.
Florida stone crab & Gulf seafood.
Stone crab in season — Naples is stone-crab country. Grouper, snapper, and day-boat Gulf catch for center-of-plate.
Florida citrus and tropical produce.
Regional citrus, tropical fruit, and seasonal produce from Southwest Florida growers.

FAQ
Only up to 75,000 lb max gross weight — heavier large-cabin and ULR tails are prohibited and use Fort Myers (RSW) instead. Principals often arrive on a smaller aircraft; we pack to it.
A voluntary 10pm–7am restraint, with no overnight full-service fueling and fines for violations. We plan inside it and pre-stage early departures.
