These terms govern your use of skydine.info and your engagement with SkyDine private aviation catering services.
Services
SkyDine provides private aviation catering services subject to availability, lead times, airport access, and operational constraints at each FBO.
Menu items, pricing, sourcing, and delivery windows are confirmed at order acceptance — not at quote submission. A quote request does not create a binding order.
Orders and payment
Orders are binding once confirmed by SkyDine dispatch. Payment terms are agreed per account or per trip as applicable.
Cancellation and change policies depend on prep status and proximity to wheels-up; dispatch will confirm applicable terms at order confirmation.
You are responsible for accurate trip details (airport, tail number, delivery window, dietary requirements) at the time of order confirmation.
Food safety and allergies
We document allergens and dietary requirements on container labels and cabin briefs. You must communicate severe allergies and restrictions at order time. Cross-contact risk exists in any kitchen environment; we cannot guarantee zero exposure for highly sensitive allergens.
Limitation of liability
SkyDine's liability is limited to the value of the catering order in question, except where prohibited by applicable law. We are not liable for delays caused by airport access, weather, FBO operations, or factors outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to SkyDine's principal place of business. Disputes will be resolved in good faith before formal proceedings.
