The FBOs we work with most. Other ramps handled on request — call dispatch.

Signature Palm Beach

SIG · PBI
Standard · 3 hoursSame-day · from 2 hours

One of several major FBOs on a top-tier business-jet field — often cited as the second-busiest private-jet airport in the country. On-field US Customs; in winter season the ramp is at capacity, so timing and screening status drive everything.

Jet Aviation Palm Beach

JET · PBI
Standard · 3 hoursSame-day · from 2 hours

Full-service FBO on the PBI ramp with on-field US Customs. During Mar-a-Lago TFRs, departures require TSA pre-screening — we stage catering to the screened slot, not the original ETD.

Atlantic Aviation Palm Beach

ATL · PBI
Standard · 3 hoursSame-day · from 2 hours

Major PBI ramp with on-field customs. When a Presidential TFR is active, TSA screening windows compress the schedule — tell us your FBO and screened departure time.

NetJets Palm Beach

NJA · PBI
Standard · 3 hoursSame-day · from 2 hours

Fractional and charter operations on the PBI ramp with on-field US Customs.

Multiple FBOs on a busy Gold Coast field — tell us which ramp your tail is on and we coordinate directly.

Briefing

What we plan around at PBI.

Local constraints we build into every delivery window — curfew, customs, slots, transit, and ramp access.

01

The Mar-a-Lago Presidential TFR — the big one.

Mar-a-Lago is 2.1 nm from PBI, on Runway 28R's arrival path. When the President is in residence, a TFR activates: a 10 nm inner core (operations prohibited) and a 30 nm outer ring, surface to 17,999 ft. Activation is unpredictable — only when POTUS is in town; otherwise ops-normal.

02

TSA pre-screening when active.

During a TFR, all PBI ops require TSA screening — departures pre-screened at the FBOs (typically 0800–1700, 24-hour appointment required); arrivals must originate from a designated gateway airport, with no intermediate stops once screened. This compresses schedules; we stage catering to the screened slot, not the original ETD.

03

Clients reposition to escape fields.

When a TFR hits, much traffic shifts to Boca (BCT), Fort Lauderdale Exec (FXE), Opa-Locka (OPF), or Stuart (SUA), all outside the prohibited core. We follow the delivery point — confirm the actual field before staging.

04

Winter-season capacity.

December–April fills the ramp; drop-and-go is common. Confirm the loading leg.

05

Offset approach to 28R.

A 1 nm special-flight-rules area around Mar-a-Lago drives an offset RNAV approach — a crew note, no catering impact, but it signals how tightly this airspace is managed.

Local sourcing

Around PBI.

Palm Beach flights draw on South Florida's deepest VIP sourcing — stone crab in season, Gulf and Atlantic seafood, and the restaurant culture of Worth Avenue and the Gold Coast. Most PBI menus are built around a specific restaurant request or a recurring private-chef spec, staged to the screened slot when a TFR is active.

Florida stone crab & Gulf/Atlantic seafood.

Stone crab Oct 15–May 1 — the season lines up with winter VIP traffic. Day-boat Gulf and Atlantic catch for center-of-plate and raw-bar spreads.

Florida citrus and tropical produce.

Central and South Florida citrus, tropical fruit, and seasonal produce direct from regional growers.

Palm Beach / Worth Avenue restaurant sourcing.

Want a specific dish from a named Palm Beach or Worth Avenue kitchen? Tell us where — most of our PBI menu requests start there.

Special diets.

Kosher, halal, and allergen-controlled meals on 24-hour lead — the metro market makes certified sourcing readily reachable.

Process

How orders run through PBI.

The local lane. Lead times, kitchen routing, ramp handoff — tuned to this airport.

Step 01
Brief us by 4pm the prior day.
Earlier when a Mar-a-Lago TFR's screening window is in play. Same-day from two hours.
Step 02
Menu confirmation within the hour.
Chef-built from our South Florida kitchen — stone crab in season, Gold Coast seafood, and named Palm Beach or Worth Avenue restaurant sourcing.
Step 03
Aviation-spec pack, built to hold.
Insulated for a 90-minute hold through winter-ramp congestion, labeled at passenger level, reheat in plain language.
Step 04
Delivery to your FBO — or the escape field.
Coordinated to the ramp your tail is on and staged to the screened slot, not the filed ETD. If a TFR pushes you to Boca, Fort Lauderdale Exec, or Opa-Locka, the order moves with you — one brief, one dispatch contact.
