Private jet catering at GPSSeymour Galápagos Ecological Airport.

GPS · SEGS2 FBOs

The archipelago that rewrote biology — and the most tightly protected destination we serve. No international arrivals by design; every aircraft transits mainland Ecuador with a mandatory ~2-hour fumigation stop. Baltra (GPS) has no FBO facilities and no overnight parking.

Baltra (GPS)

GPS · GPS
Galápagos Ecological Airport · Santa Cruz gateway
Standard · 3 hoursSame-day · from 2 hours

No FBO facilities; no overnight parking. Catering loaded on the mainland — park fees and transit control card apply. We confirm the current handler before every delivery.

San Cristóbal (SCY)

SCY · GPS
second archipelago field · small VIP lounge
Standard · 3 hoursSame-day · from 2 hours

The archipelago's second field, with a small VIP lounge — same mainland-provisioning rules apply. We confirm the current handler before staging.

Baltra (GPS) is the main gateway for Santa Cruz; San Cristóbal (SCY) is the second field. Neither has FBO facilities or overnight parking — catering is always loaded on the mainland. Tell us which field your tail uses and we coordinate directly.

Briefing

What we plan around at GPS.

Local constraints we build into every delivery window — curfew, customs, slots, transit, and ramp access.

01

Catering is loaded on the mainland — always.

No facilities on the islands, no overnight parking. Provisioning goes aboard at Guayaquil (or Quito) and must survive the fumigation stop and the ocean crossing. We pack for exactly that.

02

Nothing fresh goes ashore.

Biosecurity is the entire point of the regime — fresh produce, seeds, and untreated food are controlled. This is the one destination where even local sourcing is constrained; the honest answer is careful mainland provisioning plus whatever the vessel or lodge supplies on-island.

03

The fumigation stop is not optional.

Build ~2 hours into the plan.

04

Yacht and expedition-cruise provisioning.

Most Galápagos travel is live-aboard — we provision the aircraft legs and coordinate to the vessel.

05

Confirm the handler and the current rules.

Regulations here change and are strictly enforced.

Local sourcing

Around GPS.

Galápagos flights rely on mainland-Ecuadorian sourcing, packed for the crossing — because island biosecurity limits what can land, provisioning is built at Guayaquil (superb seafood, tropical fruit, origin cacao) and packed to survive the fumigation stop and the flight. On-island, we coordinate with the vessel or lodge rather than claiming a supply chain biosecurity doesn't permit; special diets on 24-hour lead.

Mainland provisioning at Guayaquil.

Superb seafood, tropical fruit, and origin cacao — packed to survive the fumigation stop and the crossing.

Biosecurity-compliant packing.

Nothing fresh goes ashore unchecked — we build menus the rules actually allow.

Vessel and lodge coordination.

On-island, we coordinate with your vessel or lodge rather than claiming a supply chain biosecurity doesn't permit.

Special diets.

Special diets on 24-hour lead, planned around mainland provisioning and on-island coordination.

Common orders

What we usually pack out of GPS.

02Guayaquil coastal provisioning — seafood, tropical fruit, origin cacao
03Yacht and expedition-cruise leg coordination to the live-aboard vessel
04Biosecurity-compliant menus — nothing that won't clear the screening

We won't claim a supply chain the rules don't allow.
