FCA is a private-aircraft port of entry — the customs gateway for northwest Montana. We stage international arrivals' catering to the clearance leg.

Class D airspace during tower hours, with heated hangars and de-ice support for deep-winter operations. We coordinate timing with the FBO and the tower.

Two destinations.

Whitefish ski is about 30 minutes north; Glacier NP's west entrance is close. Ground timing differs by destination, so we build the window to the actual one.

Flathead winters move departures; hot items pack in insulated cases rated for a 90-minute hold so they don't sit waiting.

A temporary runway/closure advisory was in effect for 2026. We confirm current NOTAMs before each delivery so the order routes to an open field.

Kalispell flights are catered from our regional network in the Flathead Valley. Most FCA orders pair Montana proteins and regional specialties with a specific Whitefish restaurant request or a recurring private-chef spec.
