FBO coverage

Where we deliver at COE.

The FBOs we work with most. Other ramps handled on request — call dispatch.

Resort Aviation Jet Center

RA · COE
Full-service FBO
Standard · 3 hoursSame-day · from 2 hours

One of two jet centers at a low-elevation resort field (just 2,320 ft) — none of the mountain-altitude constraints of the Colorado/Montana cluster. We confirm which your tail is on before staging.

StanCraft Jet Center

STAN · COE
Full-service FBO
Standard · 3 hoursSame-day · from 2 hours

The field's second jet center. Tell us which operator your tail is on and we coordinate the line crew directly.

Larger-jet overflow, customs, and weather diversions go to Spokane (GEG, ~30 min west). We stage international arrivals to the Spokane clearance leg.

Briefing

What we plan around at COE.

Local constraints we build into every delivery window — curfew, customs, slots, transit, and ramp access.

01

Summer-peak, not ski.

Lake and golf drive demand here — the busy season is summer, the reverse of the Colorado fields. We staff sourcing accordingly.

02

Two FBOs — confirm which.

Delivery coordination starts with which jet center the tail is on. We confirm before staging so the order lands on the right ramp.

03

Low elevation, easy ops.

At 2,320 ft there are no high-altitude weight penalties — most jets operate normally, and we pack to the actual galley.

04

Spokane is 30 minutes away.

Larger-jet overflow, customs, and weather diversions go to Spokane (GEG). We coordinate the delivery point with the actual landing field.

05

No US Customs at COE.

International clears at Spokane first and repositions in. We stage inbound catering to that leg.

Local sourcing

Around COE.

Coeur d'Alene flights are catered from our Pacific Northwest network. Most COE orders pair Idaho trout and regional produce with a specific Coeur d'Alene Resort or lakeside restaurant request, or a recurring private-chef spec.

Idaho trout.

Regional trout when the principal wants something local to North Idaho.

Pacific Northwest produce.

Seasonal Pacific Northwest produce, at its best through the summer resort peak.

Resort & lakeside restaurant sourcing.

Want a specific dish from the Coeur d'Alene Resort or a named lakeside kitchen? Most of our COE menu requests are pulled from restaurants on the water. Tell us where.

Special-diet lead time.

Kosher, halal, and allergen-controlled meals run on a 24-hour lead — certified sourcing isn't local.

Process

How orders run through COE.

The local lane. Lead times, kitchen routing, ramp handoff — tuned to this airport.

Step 01
Brief us by 4pm the prior day.
Earlier in deep winter when de-icing compresses the schedule. Same-day available from two hours when the field is staffed.
Step 02
Menu confirmation within the hour.
Chef-built, including named-restaurant and off-menu sourcing from the region.
Step 03
Aviation-spec pack at our regional kitchen.
Insulated for a 90-minute hold through de-icing delays, labeled at passenger level, with reheat instructions in plain language.
Step 04
Delivery to your FBO — or the reposition field.
Staged to the briefed slot and the leg actually carrying passengers. Drop-and-go handled as one brief, one dispatch contact.

FAQ

Summer — lake and golf, not ski. The opposite of the Rockies, and we staff sourcing accordingly.

Resort Aviation or StanCraft — tell us which your tail is on and we coordinate the line crew directly.

No customs at COE; clear at Spokane (GEG, ~30 min) first. We stage inbound catering to the clearance leg.
